Identify Replica products blog – Supported by ioffer ebay

Hi. I just brought some replica GHD’s off a site.

The site didn’t advertise them as “GHD’s” so didn’t break the trade mark. they were adverised as MK4 IV Styler, an the picture looked like GHD’s.

I got them today and checked the serial number online and was told they were fake.

Did the company break the law?

They were’n't advertised as GHD’s, but when I got them they looked exactly the same, had the same features as advertised on the site, and had the GHD logo on them.

Have they broke any law because they’re not advertised as GHD’s, but does it break the TM because the product has GHD on it?
