Because of the numerous fake Callaway (and other brands) golf clubs on Ebay and the Internet, the Callaway company is addressing this issue at their website in an effort to help their customers avoid losing hundreds of dollars on fake golf clubs being described as “100% authentic”. This information below is taken directly from the Callaway website (you can find it at their site by using the “contact us” link).  It is difficult to spot at their site so the average perRead More...

If you’re looking to save some cash, you might have heard about clone golf clubs before. However, you probably aren’t quite sure about all the details. Is it really true that a cloned club can be just as good as a name brand golf club? Is discount golf equipment ever all it’s cracked up to be? If you want to save money by going with a non-brand name golf club manufacturer without running the risk of being ripped off and getting a real “knock off” golf club, then Read More...

Ready to buy golf clubs? You found the right club, are you sure it is not a fake? It does not matter if you are looking for used golf clubs or new golf clubs. I found this article that is almost 3 years old where CBS 60 minutes investigated the growing number of fakes coming out of China. The fakes have improved and are even harder to detect since then. So how can you tRead More...

I recently had surgery and all I have time to do is browse the internet to find suppliers to open an Ebay shop. What I found is staggering. The number of fake golf clubs on Ebay is unbelievable. If you are buying Callaway irons, the logo on the back of the club is a hologram, not a stuck on sticker.  On Taylor made golf clubs the back of the plate is fused to the front also no sticker.  Please people, get the serial numbers before you buy. Ebay sellers who say they cannot give you the seriRead More...

Hello, Just a guide really as we are concerned about the number of Fake Nike items appearing on Ebay!! Obviously everybody as a consumer is out for a bargain but some bargains are just too good to be true! Some people may think that a fake item will do the job anyway and looks the same, in the golf industry this is generally not the case.
